Evacuation Diagrams

An important part of your business's compliance with the Queensland Fire & Emergency Services Act 1990 and the Queensland Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 is to have Evacuation Diagrams drawn and mounted as prescribed by Legislation and Australian Standards. Our experience has seen us survey sites & draw Evacuation Diagrams for Local Governement, Offices, Caravan Parks, Backpacker Hostels, Hotels, Resorts, Pools and Schools. We produce compliant, professional and high quality CAD drawn Evacuation Diagrams for your business covering from Cairns to Townsville, Atherton Tablelands to Cooktown and other regions by arrangement. We can either use the layout of your building from existing building plans or measure the site and buildings to reproduce the site accurately for the Evacuation Diagrams to aid staff and visitors in knowing where fire safety devices are and to evacuate the premises safely incorporating your Fire & Evacuation Plan or Fire Safety Management Plan. In every case, we will take the project from site survey of all prescribed fire safety installations and site specific hazards, confirmation of the exisitng plan's accuracy and/or measure the site and building if required (See also Site Maps) Our service is unique in that we will provide you with Evacuation Diagrams in a layered PDF format whereby you can turn layers for each device or feature on or off so that amendments can be made by you in the future if changes to the site have been made, or upon review of your Fire & Evacuation Plan or Fire Safety Management Plan. This may help you avoid costly updates to drawings when circumstances change within your building. We will tailor our templates to suit your taste whilst still keeping the required prescribed format and provide a number of printing, framing and mounting options to suit your budget..
