Fire Safety Adviser
In Queensland, your business or building will be classed as a High Occupancy Building where there are 30 or more employees, or if the building is over 25 metres in effective height. We can provide your business a licensed Fire Safety Adviser to assist with your Fire Safety obligations under Queensland law.
Our Fire Safety Adviser will help you to ensure that all your fire safety documentation is current, compliant and is in the prescribed form required by Queensland Legislation and the FSA will undertake building audits, assist with your Fire & Evacuation Plan or Fire Safety Management plan and deliver the required fire safety instructions, evacuation practice for staff and check that the Maintenence of your prescribed fire safety installations is current and compliant. We can also draw your Evacuation Diagrams. Our FSA will advise on any potential deficiences and non-compliances and provide advice to have issues rectified.
We can offer this FSA service temporarily to get your records and building up to speed until a permanent FSA is appointed for your building, or we can provide an ongoing service depending on your needs.
